THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of August 19, 2004 (the “Agreement Date”), by and between Boston Edison Company, a Massachusetts corporation (“BECO”) and Northeast Energy Associates Limited Partnership, a Massachusetts limited partnership (“NEA”).
