General Terms and Conditions for Services and Repairs

These general terms and conditions represent terms of business within the meaning of Sec. 1751 of the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., as amended – the "Civil Code"). Where the provisions in the contract for work or in the order (each hereinafter an "Agreement") deviate from the wording of these Terms and Conditions, they enjoy priority. The Agreement itself shall be governed by Sec. 2586 et seq. of the Civil Code.
