DEXUS Property Group (“DEXUS”) refers to its announcement on 11 December 2013 in relation to the cash and scrip off-market takeover offer (the “DEXUS Offer”) it has made jointly with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (‘CPPIB’) (together, the “Consortium”) to acquire Commonwealth Property Office Fund (“CPA”), and its intention to engage with Commonwealth Bank of Australia (“CBA”) regarding facilitation services to transition the management of CPA and other related matters.
