Options LLC (“Contractor”), who are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” to that certain Home and Community-Based Services Adult Mental Health Recovery Management Entity Open Enrollment Contract effective February 20, 2017 and denominated HHSC Contract No. 529- 17-0103-00002 “Contract”, as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract. This Amendment will be denominated as Contract No. 529-17-0103-00002B.
