This Contract for Municipal Waste Processing and Disposal (the “Agreement” or the “Contract”) is made and entered into on the day of , 2019, by and between THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, a corporation and body politic existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, acting through its DEPARTMENT OF STREETS (the “City”), and COVANTA SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS, LLC (the “Contractor”), a Delaware State limited liability company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (together, “Parties”).
