This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of November 29, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), between Cincinnati Bell Any Distance Inc. (“CBAD”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 221 East 4th Street, Room 700, Cincinnati, OH 45201 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and CBAD may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
