CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2020, by and between the CITY OF CARSON, a California municipal corporation (“City”), CARSON RECLAMATION AUTHORITY, a California joint powers authority (“Authority”), and FBD CARSON, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Developer”); each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”.
