This Digi-Key Supplier Marketplace Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) is made by and between the entity (the “Supplier”) that wants to sell physical products (each a “Product” and together “Products”) on the digikey.com website or other e-commerce websites operated by Digi-Key Electronics (each a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”) as part of Digi-Key’s Supplier Marketplace Program (the “Program”). These Terms and Conditions are effective upon Supplier’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by clicking the “AGREED TO BY SUPPLIER” button located below (the “Effective Date”). By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Supplier designates Digi-Key as an authorized distributor of Supplier’s Products, subject to the Terms and Conditions.
