This document, together with the Standard European Consumer Credit Information sheet (the SECCI) and the List of Prices and Services (the list containing the SweepBank tariff of charges from time to time relating to the use of services offered by SweepBank) (collectively the ‘Card Agreement’), governs the relationship between you and SweepBank with respect to your SweepBank Credit Card. In the case of conflict between this document and any of the other mentioned documents, the order of precedence shall be the same as the order in which they are mentioned above.
