Vendor supplies XMA Corporation (the “Company”) parts and products (the “Products”) for incorporation by the Company into its own products for sale and distribution to customers. Products are purchased by the Company pursuant to purchase orders issued by the Company. This Agreement contains the terms and conditions of the purchase of Products by the Company from the Vendor and the terms are incorporated by reference into all purchase orders between the Company and Vendor.
