This Agreement is the contract of deposit which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Business Membership and Account(s) offered to you by Kitsap Credit Union (“Credit Union”). In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who sign the Business Membership and Account Card. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the Credit Union. The word “account” means any one or more deposit accounts you have with the Credit Union, including Business savings, checking, money market, and share certificates of deposit, as applicable. The form of ownership of your accounts is set forth on your Business Membership and Account Card (“Card). By signing the Card or providing an electronic signature and consent to any online application that is a part of the Agreement, each of you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, including the Funds Availability Policy, the Business Rate and Fee Schedule, and Truth-in-Savings disclosures accompanying
