This DATA LICENSE AGREEMENT (Agreement) is made effective as of the date designated below (Effective Date), between Marin County Community Development Agency (Marin County) and ENERGY RATING PROVIDER. (ENERGY RATING PROVIDER). Within this Agreement, Marin County and ENERGY RATING PROVIDER are also referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
