This Agreement is entered into between you as our customer ("you", "your", "Company") and Verizon Online LLC. ("Verizon", "we", "our") and includes these Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") at verizon.com/about/terms-conditions/acceptable-use-policy, Website Terms of Use, Email Policy and other Policies, as set forth at verizon.com/terms, our Return Policy at verizon.com/returnpolicy, as well as our Privacy policies located at verizon.com/privacy (collectively, "Agreement"). By accepting this Agreement, you agree to comply with its terms and the specific terms of the service plan you selected (including the plan's duration and applicable early termination fee).
