THIS AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES is made and entered into this 26th day of March, 2019, by and between the CITY OF LANCASTER, a municipal corporation and charter city, (“City”), and Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates (HdL), a Corporation, incorporated in the State of California, (“Consultant”) (collectively, sometimes referred to hereinafter as the “Parties”).
