These SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS shall be a part of the Contract for the Supply and Delivery of Perishable and Non-Perishable Food between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“Commonwealth”), acting through the Department of General Services (“DGS”), and W.S. Lee & Sons, Inc. (“the Contractor”).
