This agreement releases SportDance from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during all activities related to participation in fastpitch softball while on property of the West St. Paul Regional Athletics Center. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold SportDance entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
