THIS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made this ___ day of _____, 20__, by and between the Scottsdale Unified School District No. 48, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (the “District”), and ________________, a/n Arizona corporation (the “Construction Manager”), for design phase review and pre-construction services related to bond projects for additions, renovations and improvements for _____________________ (the “Project”) and potentially for complete construction services should the parties agree to a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The District and the Construction Manager are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
