Our common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, or NYSE, under the trading symbol “HTGC.” The last reported sale price on the NYSE on June 30, 2020 was $10.47 per share. The net asset value per share of our common stock at March 31, 2020 (the last date prior to the date of this prospectus supplement on which we determined net asset value) was $9.92.
