This Sub-Processor Privacy Exhibit (“Privacy Exhibit”) is incorporated by reference into the Agreement by and between salesforce.com, inc. (“Salesforce”) and/or the Salesforce Affiliate that is party to the Agreement (together with Salesforce and all other Salesforce Affiliates, “SFDC”) and the Supplier identified in the Agreement (“Supplier”). For the avoidance of doubt, Salesforce is a party to this Privacy Exhibit. All capitalized terms that are not expressly defined in this Privacy Exhibit have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
