THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of May , 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF WICHITA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “City”), and UPTOWN LANDING LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (“Developer”), (the Developer and the City are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
