Due to the unusual and excessive stress and energy placed on high-performance automotive driveline parts and because SOUTHERN HOTROD, LLC (“Southern Hotrod” or “SHR”) has no control of how such parts are installed, used, serviced, maintained or modified outside of our own design and construction, Southern Hotrod limits the terms and conditions under which it will agree to repair and/or replace its NAG1 Viking transmission. It is the express intent of Southern Hotrod that any and all warranty claims be made and administrated by an SHR authorized shop. Southern Hotrod hereby warrants that the NAG1 Viking transmission will be free from defects in material and workmanship under the following terms, conditions and limitations:
