This agreement sets out the components of the service that will be delivered under the Community Housing Data Comparison Service (House Keys). This service is administered by the Community Housing Industry Association NSW (thereafter CHIA NSW) through an agreement with Benchmarking.com.au Pty Ltd. This agreement also sets out the terms which community housing providers accept as a condition of entering into this agreement.
