This Tenant Based Rental Assistance contract (the “Contract”) is entered into between the City of North Miami (“Program Administrator”), 14050 NE 6th Ave Prestige Place, LLC (“Owner”), and Shonta Hawkins and Fancy Bien-Aime (“Tenants”) as of the “Contract Start Date” as such terms are identified in Exhibit A, Project Specific Information, attached to and incorporated within this Contract.
