The items described in this document and other documents and descriptions provided by Jet Parts Engineering, Inc. (“Seller”) are hereby offered for sale at prices established by Seller. This offer and its acceptance by any customer (“Buyer”) shall be governed by all of the following Terms and Conditions. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes and replaces any other agreements, understandings, and communications between Seller and Buyer related thereto. All goods, services, or work described will be referred to as “Products”.
