This License Agreement (' LICENSE") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Databanks International for the product identified above, ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT') which includes data arid may include software, associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terns of this LICENSE. If you do not agree to the terms of this LICENSE, do not install, copy or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
