Below are the Microland’s General Terms and Conditions governing the IT Managed Services. The Master Services Agreement will be shared upon down select of Microland’s services by the Customer. Please note that the terms and conditions for Cloud Services are subject to the terms and conditions from the third-party cloud service provider of Microland which will be captured in the applicable Statement of Work along with description of Services and commercials.
