This Subdivision Improvement Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective this day of , 2016, by and between the TOWN OF LYONS, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado (the “Town”) and DOWNTOWN LYONS DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (referred to herein as “Developer”). The Town and Developer are collectively referred to as “Parties," or occasionally in the singular as “Party.” This Agreement includes the attached Exhibits A-C.
