This Agreement for Purchase of Real Estate (“Agreement”), by and between the CITY OF GLENDALE, an Arizona municipal corporation (“Seller”) and ECL GLENDALE, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Purchaser”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”), is made as of the later date subscribed beneath Seller’s and Purchaser’s signatures set forth herein below (“Effective Date”).
