(hereinafter: “Netspark”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and that you have understood and agreed to abide by and be subject to the conditions and provisions of this end user license agreement (hereinafter: the “Agreement”). You hereby waive any right to demand an original (non-electronic) signature or delivery or keeping of non-electronic documents, if this is not prohibited under the applicable law. If you do not consent to the provisions of this agreement, do not download, install or use the application.
