This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Local Wholesale Complete Commercial Agreement (“LWC Agreement”) by and between AT&T-22STATE and Access Point, Inc. (“CARRIER”), executed December 14, 2009 hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”, and shall apply in the State(s) of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.
