August 18, 2021 (“Effective Date”), is by and between the Penn Delco School District, a duly organized school district under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with a principal address of 2821 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014 ("Lessor") and Today's Child Learning Centers, Inc., a duly organized Pennsylvania Corporation with a principal place of business located at 21 W. Baltimore Pike, Lansdowne, Pa 19050 ("Lessee"). Both Lessor and Lessee may hereinafter be collectively referred to as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party".
