FiledJuly 13th, 2009After a year of difficult bargaining the multi-‐union Community Bargaining Association (CBA) has reached a tentative two-‐year collective agreement with the Health Employers' Association of B.C. (HEABC). The agreement includes a wage increase of 3%, protection of health and welfare benefits, improved scheduling and respectful workplace provisions.
