This Field Use and Lease Agreement (this "Agreement") is made by and between Sting Soccer Group, L.P., a Texas limited partnership, Texas Titans FC, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company (collectively “Sting”) and the City of Euless, Texas ("City"). City and Sting are sometimes hereafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
