TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS SUPPLIED AND SERVICES RENDERED TO NEMAKTerms and Conditions • October 20th, 2022
The Supplier shall be deemed to have unconditionally accepted these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) upon commencement of work with respect to the supply of the Products or the rendering of the Services, notwithstanding the Documents may or may not have been accepted. Any documents of Supplier containing terms in addition to or inconsistent with these terms and conditions, or a rejection of any term hereof or that of the Purchase Order, shall be deemed to be a counter offer to each Nemak client (the “Client”) and shall not be binding unless specifically accepted in writing by Client. This Article shall constitute a continuing objection to any such terms or rejections not expressly accepted by Client.
