THIS AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 201 , by and between the City of , a California municipal corporation (“City”), and the California Choice Energy Authority, a public entity created pursuant to the Joint Exercise of Powers Act (Cal. Gov’t. Code § 6500 et seq.) (“CCEA”) (City and CCEA are individually referred to as “Party” and collectively “Parties”).
