THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the date of execution, by and between the local governmental units within the Middle St. Croix Watershed Management Organization each party realizes that the success or failure of the Middle St. Croix Water Management Organization created by this agreement is dependent upon the desire of’ each member community to cooperate in the exercise of Joint Power to solve a common problem. Each party to this agreement pledges its cooperation to meet the requirements of the Metropolitan Surface Water Management Act (Minn. Stat. l03B.201 to l03B.255).
