THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 8th of February, 2021 by and between the Board of Trustees, School District No. 44, of the City of Belgrade, Gallatin County, State of Montana, hereinafter referred to as the “Board or District,” and the Belgrade Education Unit of the Montana Federation of Public Employees, hereinafter referred to as the “Association.” This agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2021 and continue in full force and effect until June 30, 2023.
