This Washington Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between the Bellevue School District 405 (hereinafter referred to as “LEA”) and Apex Learning Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) on August 31, 2020. The Parties agree to the terms as stated herein.
