This Escrow Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of May 27, 2020, by and among BANC OF AMERICA PUBLIC CAPITAL CORP, a Kansas corporation (together with its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as “Lessor”), THE SCHOOL BOARD OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, a public body corporate and politic and the governing body of the School District of Broward County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”) and BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized under the laws of the United States of America (hereinafter referred to as “Escrow Agent”).
