This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this August 17, 2009 (“EFFECTIVE DATE”), between the Compton Community College District, hereinafter referred to as (“DISTRICT”), and KirkCarter & Associates, LLC, hereinafter referred to as “CONSULTANT”. The DISTRICT and the CONSULTANT are sometimes referred to herein as a “PARTY” and collectively as the “PARTIES.” This AGREEMENT is made with reference to the following facts:
