Pursuant to this Agreement (the “Agreement”), Navigator Telecommunications, LLC, an Arkansas corporation, (“Navigator”) and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”) hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” hereby agree to amend that certain Master Interconnection Agreement (“the Agreement”) between BellSouth and Navigator dated 08/22/2000.
