This Annual Operating Plan (AOP) is entered into by and between Elko County Fire Protection District hereinafter referred to as the District; United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service (USFS), Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, hereinafter referred to as the Forest Service; and the USDI, Bureau of Land Management, Elko District, hereinafter referred to as the BLM. Forest Service and BLM jointly will be referred to as the Federal Agencies. Collectively, all will be referred to as Parties. This AOP becomes attached to and made part of the cooperative fire protection agreements listed above.
