WHEREAS the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “IBRD”), as trustee (the “Trustee”) of the trust fund for the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (“GAFSP”) (MTO No. 069015) (the “Trust Fund”) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (the “Supervising Entity”, and together with the Trustee, the “Parties” and each a “Party”) are entering into this Transfer Agreement (the “Transfer Agreement”) for the commitment and transfer of funds from the Trust Fund;
