This GC/CM Contract is entered into pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 39.10 RCW. In executing this GC/CM Contract, the Parties acknowledge that the scope of work is under development and that the GC/CM will render Preconstruction Services in accordance with the Contract Documents concurrent with completion of design. The Parties agree to enter into negotiations to attempt to agree to a mutually acceptable MACC in accordance with Section 3.2.7 of this GC/CM Contract. If such negotiations are successful, the Parties will execute an amendment to this GC/CM Contract confirming the MACC.
