Haskell, Dallas, Texas 75204 (including its successors and permitted assigns, “ACS”), and amends and restates in its entirety that certain Information Technology Services Agreement dated October 28, 2004 (the “Original Effective Date”) by and between Symetra and ACS Commercial Solutions, Inc. (as amended and supplemented, the “Original Agreement”).
