This General Release, Waiver and Indemnity Agreement (“Agreement”) will confirm that I hereby represent and acknowledge that I will be voluntarily participating, on one or more of the following dates, in an event known as the Epic Character Race 5K/10K Run Event taking place at the Universal Orlando Resort and associated offsite venues on Saturday, February 1, 2020, and Sunday, February 2, 2020, (the “Run Event”). I acknowledge that my participation in the Run Event may involve substantial risk, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, death or other loss, and I knowingly assume all such risks.
