This Agreement sets forth all the covenants, promises, conditions, and understandings between LESSOR and L ESSEE concerning the use and access of the Premises. This Agreement supersedes any past covenants, promises, agreements, conditions, or understandings, either oral or written. No alterations, amendment, change, or addition to this Agreement shall be binding upon LESSOR or LESSEE unless in writing and signed by both parties to this Agreement. The parties agree that they shall rely solely upon the terms of this Agreement to govern their relationship. This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties hereto.
