An Arbitrator, selected jointly by the parties, will be named within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of notice of intent to arbitrate or such longer period as by the parties. If the parties are unable to agree on the choice of Arbitrator either may request the Minister of Labour to the Arbitrator.
