This Affiliation and Program Agreement is entered into by Fort Bend County, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, (hereinafter “COUNTY”), on behalf of the Fort Bend County Department of Health and Human Services (“FBCHHS”) and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, on behalf of its School of Public Health, a state agency and an institution of higher education established pursuant to Section 65 et. Seq. of the Texas Education Code (hereinafter “UNIVERSITY”).
