In accordance with Resolution No. 16-21 dated May 24, 2016, this letter agreement confirms an extension of the term of the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Castle Pines, Colorado and Colorado Designscapes, Inc. d/b/a Designscapes Colorado Inc. dated July 1, 2012 (the “Agreement”). Currently, the Agreement is scheduled to terminate on June 30, 2016.
